Hiring:

Title: Technical Manager, Classification Surveyor

Things you will be doing:

• Carry out Classification & Statutory survey/audit/inspection as per Class Rule, Statutory Instruments [IMO Convention, National Regulations (FOC, ZC) etc].
• Carry out ISM, ISPS and MLC audit.
• Carry out Load Line, Tonnage, Stability calculations and plan approvals.
• Review survey/audit certificates and reports.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 (2015) to act as Quality Manager of Class NU Quality Management System (QMS).
• Update and monitor database of Class NU.
• Liaise with flag states to complete monthly report and update Class NU Circular with flag requirement.
• Monitor PSC records and check background of ships and companies.
• Maintain NU Group’s website.
• Others
